Review by hotel critic
During my recent visit to Banjo Paterson Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary innovation offered in Clancy's Brasserie. Known for its classic diner meals, I indulged in their famed chicken schnitzel alongside a refreshing Kosciuszko Pale Ale. The beer selection is impressive, catering to various preferences, and the casual pub atmosphere enhances the experience. The breakfast provided the perfect start to my day, with a well-organized buffet featuring a variety of choices, including local specialties. I noted the warm service from the staff, particularly a lady who assisted with the coffee machine, reflecting attention to detail that elevates the experience. The location is ideal, with stunning views over Lake Jindabyne, making it a thoughtfully situated spot after a day of outdoor adventures, not too far from ski resorts. The recently renovated rooms were comfortable and clean, ensuring rest was easily achievable after indulging in the culinary delights. Banjo Paterson Inn successfully merges convenience with quality dining, making it a noteworthy establishment for travelers. I would certainly consider returning for another enjoyable stay.
